UNITED STATE OF CARP was created with no false perception or mindset - carp angling in the United States is still raw, continualy unfolding and largely unknown.
Our current journey is not about polished highlights or predictable results. It’s about the journeys, the waters you’ve never seen or perhaps fished, and of course the fish that may or may not even exist. It is about the quiet belief that something truly special is out there, if you’re willing to find it.
At its core, United State Of Carp is many things. Driven by exploration over expectation, by effort even tho there may be no reward, by the willingness to fail, learn, return—and keep searching, all the while, capturing it through the lens and documenting it with direction and focus to learn and grow from.
Across the U.S., there are endless waters that remain untouched in the context of specimen carp angling. Part of our love of it is that there is almost No history. No names. No certainty. Just questions—and the drive to perhaps find answers.

Ultimately, United State Of Carp exists of my own selfish want, but to also offer a community hub — built to share knowledge, promote awareness, and stay true to the core values that have globally defined carp angling as we know it. Respect for the fish. Respect for the environment. Respect for the process. And above all—to keep it FREE and accessible for anyone who may wish to follow along in this shared journey.
With the added vision to create collaborations and support others with the same passion. It will always be Photography driven - always capturing the reality of the moment along with the written word that tells the full story — Both successes and failures alike.
From the printed content that preserves it. The photography and videography that shows it as it truly is, no overproduction. No false narrative - All genuinely driven for the pure love of it.
With transparency, this isn’t built for everyone — and that is ok, but it will continue to be for all and anyone who may wish to be part of it. I am aware that some do it their own way - That is respected genuinely and with admiration.
It’s not about chasing attention, numbers, or validation. It’s about doing something because it matters to me (hopefully a few others to). Keeping carp angling raw and supporting the sport through my own perspective.
For those who choose to support, a small range of hookbaits, limited run apparel and carp specific items will become available over time — Never as the focus, but as a way to help sustain the journey.
United State Of Carp is intended to be a shared journey about something we can all obtain while getting out there, forging our own path and searching the unknown… for the unknown.
